Summarize of maze runner

In the book The Maze Runner there is this boy named Thomas and has a thing of
adventuring. He has a lot of curiosity and a knack of getting into trouble. But in the book
Thomas was made a cow manure pick up guy but Thomas wants to be a runner. So after some
time he becomes friends with Alby and the runners and walks around with Alby. But when
Thomas ventures out into the forest he finds been just staring at him. Thomas looks at him with
sususoicion but all of a sudden ben starts running after him and keeps saying ITS ALL YOUR
FAULT! Midway through the book Thomas becomes a runner finally and they stumble across
something that has never happened before. All the gates are open and grievers are all about.
When they go back to the griever that Thomas killed they find a key. It beeps whenever you
get closer to their den. When they go back to the glade and its after dark they notice that instead
of the door shutting they instead all open and stay open. After they get attacked they have a
choice stay there and get attacked again or go their den and escape.
