On February 26, 2015, the Court heard the Defendant UNIVERSITY OF THE INCARNATE
WORD's Plea to the Jurisdiction and Motion to Dismiss the Suit Against CpI. Carter. After
considering the motion, the response, the evidence presented and the argument of counsel,
the Court finds that the plea to the jurisdiction and motion to dismiss should be denied.
