Assalamu Alaikum.
I am Brigadier General M A Mohy, psc bought four tickets for my family (me, wife,
son and daughter) having PNR: AAC5G6 from your reputed airline on 05 December
2013 to visit Kuala Lumpur on 13 August 2014 and return on 21 August 2014. When
I bought the tickets I was posted at Rangpur Cantonment and planned accordingly
to visit Kuala Lumpur. But on 23 July 2014 just before Eid-ul-Fitr after being
promoted as Brig Gen had to join as Project Director of Bangabandhu Complex at
Bangladesh Military Academy (BMA), a prestigious and national project. As it is a
very important project which need to be completed within next four months, I had
to change my journey plan for service exigency. Just to share a family matter with
you. I promised my son that if he get chance in BUET I will take him to Kuala
Lumpur. He kept his words by getting chance in BUET in Computer Science Dept.
but I am failing to take him as planned. However, as I joined in BMA on 23 July 2014,
it was a difficult proposition to decide within couple of days whether we will be able
to visit or not as planned. And by now due to Eid-ul-Fitr, holidays etc I missed to
change my tickets before 15 days of journey.
I hope to complete my assigned job within next four months and planned to take my
son and family by December 2014 to Kuala Lumpur with your kind assistance, help
and cooperation. Please allow me to change my tickets in December 2014 by paying
$10.00 each for single ticket considering my service exigencies for the nation and
army. I shall be ever grateful for your kind consideration and assistance.
I am eagerly waiting for your kind decision please.
