Acknowledgement

We are using this opportunity to express our gratitude to everyone who

supported us throughout the course of this case presentation project. We would
like to express our special thanks to the College of Nursing for the exposure and
allowing us nursing students to Pedia ward of Jesus of Nazareth for this
opportunity for our learning experience.
Secondly, we would also like to thank our patient and his relatives for
being cooperative. We are glad and thankful to the families for taking the time to
answer the questions in our interview and participating in health teaching we
given about different illness and how to prevent it. We are glad to serve the
families to help them to have a healthier life style.
