Subject: To seek permission for borrowing projection screen for the
orientation.

Respected Sir,
With due respect, we, the core committee members of PRAKRITI- The
Environmental Club of NIT Durgapur, bring to your notice that we are
organizing an orientation in hall -11 at our college on 29-Jan-2015. For this
purpose we would like to borrow the projection screen from the
correspondent official of library for the mentioned date. We understand and
acknowledge that we are responsible for this equipment while it is in our
custody and control during orientation, and agree to return the equipment
in the same condition in which it was received.

It would be greatly appreciated if you would consider this request, and

grant us permission to have the required materials so that everything goes
on peacefully during the orientation.
