With due respect, we, the core committee members of PRAKRITI- The
Environmental Club of NIT Durgapur, bring to your notice that we are
organizing an event named GREEN ART at our college on 6th september,
2014. For this purpose we would like to borrow the projector and projection
screen from the correspondent official of library for the mentioned date.
We understand and acknowledge that we are responsible for this
equipment while it is in our custody and control during orientation, and
agree to return the equipment in the same condition in which it was
