What do the results, outcomes and/or products of this plan indicate relating to student
learning concerns?
I have been able to start compiling resources useful in the middle school reading program. These resources are
beneficial in both the special education program and the SOAR program. Students seem to enjoy the available
computer based activities for learning.

Teacher comment and reflections on what has been learned as a result of this plan and
how has it impacted student achievement?
Many resources are available in the area of reading. Different staff have had these resources shared with them for
use with 6th period strategies. This is important because students become complacent when activities are not altered
from time to time.
