My name is Patrick Schenk

I am a Student at DePaul University, majoring in Real Estate. Currently I

intern at 1871 Chicago for a group within the company called Platfromz
LLC
I am passionate about entrepinureship and plan on building career that
allows me to pursue my interests across industry lines.
My current internship with 1871 has me working duties that include:
Venture Capitol Research, Social Media Management, Content creation
(interview script writing, presentation outlines) and Communication
management.
I am able to utilize my talent for writing and vision to help shape the
future brand of the application Platformz to whom I have been
assigned to within 1871.
I am here to learn more about the real estate and development
industry by working with and talking to seasoned professionals in the
