I am very pleased to write this letter of recommendation for Patrick Schenk who is applying for
admission to this University. I have known Patrick since May of this year when he was hired to work at
our new Orange Leaf store in downtown Cincinnati. As of August, Patrick began an internship with us at
The Walnut Group; I was impressed with his work ethic and desire to expand his horizons. He assists
with the production of my show A Current Life with Jimmy Gould. This Internet radio show interviews
individuals about their journey to success. It runs weekly on Voice America, the world's largest internet
radio network.

Patrick immediately caught my attention my with his ideas for promoting the Orange Leaf store through
various media, and when he learned about A Current Life, he offered ideas on how to expand the show
guests to contemporary music performers. As an intern, Patrick works directly with the shows guests,
recruiting and preparing them for their interview. He researches the guests and prepares drafts of the
interview script. He is involved in coordinating and scheduling the shows. He is learning from us and is
quick to understand our methods and put them to practice. These guests have included: Jerry Springer,
Fonzworth Bentley, Alexander Cousteau, Alan Shuptrine, and Brandy. I have recently made him an
associate producer of the show.
I believe Patrick is an outstanding individual with many special personal traits and the drive to succeed.
He is an asset to our business and we enjoy having him work for us.
