My name is Zachary W. Milligan and I have been working at his company for an
entire year. I enjoy my job, and I am able to get along well with my coworkers, with
one exception. I feel as though I am being singled out by my shift supervisor. While
my work is up to par, or exceeding that of those around me, they persistently single
me out and denigrate me and my work. Considering the baselessness of their
allegations, the fact I have never had anyone higher up along the management
chain have to review me personally, and the basic tone they are conveyed in I
believe these critiques are just a poorly veiled form of harassment which I do not
have to be put through. I hold nothing against my supervisor however I feel the
need for some form of mediation so that we all may continue to do our jobs in
peace, and work in an environment that fosters respectfulness between one
another.
