Effectively reaching out to people with diabetes???
Introduction
Today xxx amount of people are suffering from diabetes health problems - only in United
States. Santa Barbara may appear a wealthy city with a healthy and happy citizens, however,
there are still more people than you can belive that are without homes, or have trouble financing
their own meals, or eat healthy. Foodbank of Santa Barbara (FoSB) is a non-profit organization,
constantly working on not only feeding the locals in Santa Barbara County, but also learn them
how to take care of themselves. One of their programs that they are working with is the diabetes
impact group, where they are trying to get individuals and family members to take charge of
their own health, by learn about their own health, how they can improve their health, and how
they can get OFF their medications. FoSB are, with their flyer for the Diabetes Impact Group trying to reach out to their target group and get them involved in the program.
Thesis Statement
By combining simplicity, comprehensive writing, and appealing virtual pictures,
Foodbank of Santa Barbara are creating an effective and captivating flyer that will catch the
attention of their audience - Individuals with diabetes health problems.
