Best practices
The best management practice is to select right people. You need to select right
people who are capable to do the right job. Make sure the person youre hiring has a
right skill and can associate with others. Time management is also the best
management practice.

How do you plan?


For meetings, I make time for clients and plan ahead of time. She makes sure that
she wont forget any meetings or appointment by letting her assistant to remind
her. In her line of business she needs to become sociable so youll have clients that
will trust you.

How do you lead?


If her employees are having a bad time doing the work, shell help them so theyll
learn. She makes sure that everyone will finish their work in time by checking their
work so that no clients will complain.

How do you organize?


In organizing employees relation to each other they have a monthly meeting. In the
meeting theyll talk about all the problems of their employee. Theyll provide a
solution for the problem. Sometimes shell talk to them one by one if the problem is
in bad condition.

How do you control?


She makes sure to hire the people who can do the work and sociable to others. She
gives bonus to employee if they have a big work so that theyll be motivated.
