Dear Parents/Guardians:
I would like to take this opportunity to thank you once again for participating in
your childs Individual Education Plan (IEP) meeting. As discussed at the meeting, the
development of this document is an important part of meeting the needs of your child at
school and ensuring that we are all working towards the same goals. As promised, I have
included a copy of the IEP we developed for your records. Please feel free to contact me
if you notice any errors or omissions I may have made. As always, an IEP is a working
document and we can alter and update it as we deem necessary. I am available at the
school to discuss any questions or concerns that may arise throughout the school year.
