Pls do the following steps before visit cloud server: www.dvrcenter.net.

First, pls make sure connect DVR IE Port successfully.

Then make sure we can access DVR by LAN (local area network) and WAN (wide area network)
successfully, otherwise its unable to access by Cloud Server.
