DISCRIMINATION
Discrimination: is an action that denies social participation of human
rights to categories of people base on prejudice.
Racism: is a prejudices conception that categorizes one race as superior as
or better than another.
Male chauvinism: unthinking devotion to ones sex.
Bullying: A person, who hurts, persecutes or intimidates shy people.
Notice: an immigrant who sends tissues at a traffic light founds a wallet
with 16.000 euros and he handed it in to the police.

Article 3: RIGHT TOP LIFE, LIBERTY AND


PERSONAL SECURITY
Right to life: is a moral principle based on the belief that a human being
has the right to live, and in particular, shouldnt be unjustly killed by another
human being.
Abortion: the ending of a pregnancy before term (against or in favor of
abortion)
Death penalty: is a legal process where by a person is put to death by the
state has a punishment for a crime.
*Nowadays some countries has it, such as; China, Iran, Iraq, Arabia Saudi,
USA and Somalia.
Some crimes of death penalty are; homosexuality, adultery and religion
refuse.

Article 26: RIGHT TO EDUCATION


Education: is a form of learning different acts and to become a polite
person.
The right to education includes:
Right to free and obligatory primary education.

Right to available and accessible secondary education more progressively


free.
Right to equal access to higher education on the basis of capacity made
progressively free.
Freedom of parents to choose for their children which are in conformity
with their religious and moral convictions.
Academy freedom of teachers and students.
*In some countries this right is respected, such as, Spain, USA, UK,
Germany and Finland, but developing countries don't achieve this right. That
why children have to walk during 20 km per day to learn at school.
