If somebody wants to apply in his work

obligation,
he must meet the follow conditions:
Have enough power
We know the way to reach the goal
Control of putting in power his orders.

It comes to it, only if:

both parties consider the transaction as
profitable,
each of the parties has goods and services
wanted by other party
both parties trust each other.

An advice will be effective, only if:

a farmer agrees with us as to the character of
his problem and
criteria of choosing its proper solving.
we know enough about the farmer's situation
to solve his problem in a scientific way,
a farmer knows we want to help him,
a farmer cannot (dose not want, is not able to)
solve his problem on his own,
a farmer has conditions (financial and
technical) to put the advice in life.

The activity will have sense, only if:

there is a lack of good solving of farmer's
problems,
it comes from his shortage of knowledge,
we have this knowledge,
we want to share it with farmers,
we meet with a positive farmers attitude to
us.

Thanks to it we affect the farmer's knowledge without his

permission. We use it only if:
we think a farmer must have this knowledge,
a farmer does not have to take the necessary decision.
The technical control is carried out without farmers aware.
There is not farmer's active opposition against such
practices.
Examples of manipulations:
advertising campaign,
political campaign,
health protection and work security promotion,
reports about the true achievements of agricultural
machines.

A farmer does not have his own technical

means,
We have these means and can deliver them
to him.

Our technical abilities are better than

farmer's ones,
The carried out task will give profit,
We are ready to carry out a task.
