1. Every effort has been made to design this training to appeal to the needs of all participants.
Each of you have slightly (and in some cases significantly) different experiences, levels of
ability and knowledge, personal skills and styles, and needs and expectations that influence
your learning.
2. Most of the instructors and facilitators have been in your shoes. Please do not multi-task and
try to do work during classroom time.
3. Instructors strive to provide an interactive classroom. However, given the technical nature of
our training, some lecture is unavoidable.
