Completing rotations in the clinical, management, food service, community, and long-term care
settings in order to obtain experience in the field of dietetics. Providing excellent patient care in
the clinical setting through assessment using the NCP, participating in rounds, developing and
providing diet education, writing TPN and tube feeding recommendations, and gaining
knowledge on most current research through case studies and journal club. Participating in plate
waste research, developing allergy menus, and developing associate education in the school
nutrition setting.

Created a training document for Catering Associates at Franklin Square Hospital before

Compiled nutrient analysis information for all patient diets to ensure compliance with
JCO guidelines.
Collaborated with cafeteria food service employees to standardize task lists for the
