Regional Retail Dietitian, The GIANT Company — November 2022 – present
Full-time corporate dietitian overseeing and facilitating nutrition services for GIANT
supermarkets in the greater Philadelphia area and in other regions as needed.
Responsibilities include planning and conducting virtual and in-person cooking, nutrition and
health classes, social media content creation, community nutrition outreach and
programming with various health, public and non-profit organizations, facilitating vaccination
clinics with our pharmacy team, TV segments and weekly radio segment, recipe creation, and
program development. Currently collecting data and insights on internal associate team for
future health and wellness programming applicable for both corporate and hourly store staff.
Consultant Dietitian, Wellness Concepts, Inc. — September 2019 – present
Per diem position. Provide corporate wellness services such as presentations, food demos, and
counseling.
Lifestyle Coach & Dietitian - DPP, West Chester University Cohort — October 2016 – Present
Trained via DTTAC to lead the CDC’s Diabetes Prevention Program. Facilitated 6 year-long
cohorts following the PreventT2 Curriculum, hosted weekly sessions, and handled
recruitment and data collection.
Dietetic Internship Director, West Chester University — June 2022 – November 2022
Full-time position. I managed the administration and operation of ACEND accredited Dietetic
Internship Program as part of the graduate MS Community Nutrition program to train
dietetic interns for entry-level practice.
Lead Retail Dietitian, KTM Supermarkets/ShopRite — February 2015 – June 2022
Full time position. In-store supermarket dietitian for two ShopRite locations, providing
evidence-based nutrition services at ShopRite and in the greater West Chester and Hatfield
areas. Areas of focus: nutrition counseling, store tours, presentations, cooking classes and
associate wellness. Programming was adapted to virtual in 2020. Other responsibilities
include social media content creation, County and FDA-compliant menu labeling, safety
committee lead, and fundraising.

Contract Dietitian, Chester County Health Department – May 2018 – November 2020
Per diem position. Prior to the 2020, I provided worksite wellness programming and food
demonstrations at various worksites including state facilities and schools. During 2020,
programming switched to content creation of a nutrition video series about cooking with
pantry staples and label reading. All positions were grant funded.

Temporary faculty for the Honors College. Duties included teaching two sections of HON 314 -
Science, Technology and Environmental Systems, research, lesson planning, and field work.
