7.

CONCLUSION

The Software Entitled title is implemented to replace the manual


system effectively. This package designed for the particular need of the
company is found to work out the operations effectively and efficiently.

The system is designed in such a way that attendance status is


intimated to the management in period wise that is mandatory to derive the
employee performance and other decision support.

The Developed system is highly interactive one and is user friendly as


it enabled by menu. The System provides accurate updating, data validation
and integrity is observed in the system.

The coding has been done cautiously so that any developer can follow
the programs easily with the knowledge of the convention followed hence it
is easy to be maintained .Testing has been completed and the errors were
corrected. The system was successfully implemented and was found to be
user friendly and simple. The system satisfies all requirements needed by
the user. I conclude the software as best to my knowledge.

8. SCOPE FOR FUTURE DEVELOPMENT


In future this system can be modified to suit the new requirements.
The data screens can be upgraded and menus can be easily added when
required. Items can be added to the forms when there comes the necessity
of new data.
The system has much scope in future and it can be developed to add
more features to satisfy the users request.
In future attendance system is designed to support salary &
incentive generation according to the employee attendance and overtime
records.
The intimation of daily reports can be sent through the mail to the
management for instant retrieval of information
The coding has been done cautiously so that any developer can follow
the programs easily with the knowledge of the convention followed hence it
is easy to be maintained
