    RE: POSITION OF INDUSTRIAL TRAINEE
    We are pleased to offer you the position of Industrial Trainee with a training allowance of RM800.00 per
    month. You will be required to complete a training period from <1 December 2014> to <31 May 2015>
    during which your services may be terminated by either party giving to the other two weeks notice or two
    weeks of allowances in lieu of notice.
    Apart from the training allowances, you will not be entitled to any other benefits. You will also be subjected
    to all rules and regulations of the company and shall be liable for disciplinary action. You shall carry out
    your assignments diligently and conscientioulsy and must not at any time reveal confidential information
    to a third party outside of Western Digital.
    At present, our standard working week is five days. Office hours are from 8.00 am to 5.20 pm from
    Mondays through Fridays with half an hour break for lunch.
