Purpose

This learning object was developed for school


districts that have adopted or intend to adopt
Google Apps for Education.

The image above is a hyperlink to the Google Sites learning object.

Its intent is to be used with other learning
objects for apps utilized by the district.

e-Portfolio

Elementary & High School


Art

Art e-Portfolio

Elementary students would view the Google


Sites learning object.
After viewing the learning object, they would
create their own site to be used as an eportfolio.
They would continue to use
the e-portfolio throughout
their elementary and high
school education.

Art e-Portfolio

Through the years, students would add


images and video of their art to the site.
Google Sites would also allow them to add art
work they create at home.
Upon completion of high school, students will
have an e-portfolio that allows them
to see their artistic progress.

In addition to their own work, the following


could be added as well:

YouTube videos displaying tips and ideas.


Favorite works by favorite artists.
Teacher comments.
Awards.
Museums they would like to visit.

The Flipped

Students would view the Google Sites learning


object prior to class.
This would allow them to use class time to
create sites for projects or presentations.
Sharing the site with
classmates would also
allow them to collaborate
with others in and
outside of school.
