Welcome to Week 9!
We are nearing the end of Term 1 with just
two weeks to go! Today we welcome
Mr Doug Wray who will be a student teacher
with us for the next 7 school weeks. We are
very lucky to have another teacher in our class
and we look forward to making Matua Doug feel
very welcome to Room 1 & Mangapapa School.
Next week, the Year 5 Learning Neighbourhood
is having a walk and fun day. This will take
place on Thursday after morning tea. We will
walk up Hospital Hill and finish at the Hospital
Road Reserve and it is intended to be an
opportunity to develop and strengthen
connections with whanau of our learners. We
will be having an ice block and games etc and
we would love for you to come down and spend
time with us if you can make it. Please see the
flyer sent home today with homework.
Have a great week everyone!
