Taught 3rd grade class of ethnically diverse students, including students with autism
spectrum disorder.
Fox Hills third grade program involved ability grouping, which lead to an even larger
number of students being regular members of my class.
Planned and presented the daily curricula for the entire classroom.
Created a 3rd grade curriculum unit based around Native American studies. The unit
incorporated language arts and fine arts elements.
Participated in curriculum planning with the entire 3rd grade faculty as well as leadership meeting with select other faculty members as well as the principal and assistant
principal.
Completed third-term report cards,grades,comments and parent-teacher conferences.
