The unit is generally 24m in length with no contraction joint. Each unit has 6 piles as er altached standard layout. (Appendix 1) 3.0 REFERENCES, Engineer's Specification (PS007-T-ALLI-CWK-TN-084801-81) 4.0 CONSTRUCTION EQUIPMENTS, a. Compressor — capacity of 150 cfm , Jackhammer (big) ~ 35 to 45 kgs ©. Jackhammer (small) — 10 to 15 kas 4. Generator — capacity of 15 to 20 kva e. JCB ~ for excavation f. Roller — for compaction 9. Tippers ~ 3 tons 5.0 SEQUENCE OF WORKS: 4. Exposing piles 2. Formation Preparation 3. Blinding Grind Cutting at C.0.L. Pile Breaking Water Proofing Base Slab / Wall Construction Nooe 4. Exposing Piles Aiter all the 6 piles are cast excavation and exposing the piles will commence. This will be done using a JCB, 2. Format aration Formation Preparation will be cone to the required level by removing the excess soll, Care will be taken to trim to the required slope near the pile cap. FDT will be taken for approval. After formation approval, blinding 75mm will be done to the required level. 20/10 OPC will be poured using @ pump. 4, Grind Cutting at C.¢ As the curing Is in progress, C.O.L. will be marked on the pile. Grind cut 40 to 50mm depth will be done along the perimeter. Pi Pile breaking will be done using a Jack hammer (40 ~45 kg) and compressor. Manual breaking will be done up to C.O.L. Care will be taken to trim up to C.0.L. All debris will be collected and disposed to Al Warqaa Disposal Area, 6. Water Proofing Water proofing will be done as per standard procedures (refer to DM001-E-ACW-CVI-MT-DGC- 401228, Rev. At) Water proofing will be done as per attached sketch (Appendix 2) 7. Base Slab / Wall Construction Base slab and wall construction will continue as per our previous Method Statement (refer to DMa01-E-ACW-CVI-MT-DCC-401228, Rev. A1) 6.0 H, S, E and Risk Assessment: 9.0 General In general, The Contractor and his staff will observe all laws, decrees, and other regulations applicable to health & safely of the employees and protection of the local environment. In addition, The Contractor will act in full compliance with the Contract Conditions giving due cognizance to the requirements of Sub-Clauses 19.1 Of the General Conditions of Contract, Sub-Clauses 9, 13, 36 and 39 of the Particular conditions of Contracts, and General Specifications, Section 7 and 18.
