EXT. A BRIDGE OVER A ROAD - NIGHT


Traffic passes by in a blur below. The lights off the cars
slightly unfocused and stretched.

FADE IN:
Title screen appears reading 'Who Are You Really?'.

NARRATOR
(in time with the title on screen)
Who are you really?

CUT TO:
Multiple shots of different faces edited together to create
unique faces in order to show human diversity.

NARRATOR
You are not a name or a height,
or a weight or a gender.

EXT. WOODED AREA - DAY


Actor walks through a wooded area, their hair blowing in the
wind. They turn their head and look up to the sky.
TRANSITIONS TO:
360 time lapse of the sky. Clouds pass as the sun sets.

NARRATOR
You are not an age
and you are not where you are from.

Food colouring is dropped into water and expands. It's colour


spreads and dances in the liquid.

CUT TO:
EXT/INT. BOOKENDS IN CARLISLE - DAY
Actor walks past the window of 'Bookends' the book store and
enters the store, pushing the door open.
They rummage through countless books on the shelves completely
engrossed and distant.

NARRATOR
You are your favourite books.

INT. A QUIET TRAIN - NIGHT


Actor sits leaning against the window of a train. Headphones
are in their ears and they are happily tapping their
foot/fingers to the beat.

NARRATOR
(As a quiet hum of music is heard in the background)
And the songs stuck in your head.

INT. TV STUDIO - DIMLY LIT


Camera zooms/swoops into the actors forehead as though the
audience is entering their mind.
Coloured lights flash and blur to represent the many
conflicting thoughts and feelings within.

NARRATOR
You are your thoughts.

CUT TO:
INT. KITCHEN - DAY

Actors hands can be seen pouring cereal and making tea. They
put the milk back in the fridge and close the door.

NARRATOR
And what you eat for breakfast
on Saturday mornings.
(sound of fridge closing)

CUT TO:
Black screen.

NARRATOR
You are a thousand things
but everyone chooses to see

A fast paced montage of clips flicker by to symbolise the


'thousand things'.
Montage comes to a still close up of actors face.

NARRATOR
The million things you are not.

EXT. TRAIN STATION - NIGHT


Actor stands on the opposite side of a platform waiting for
the train. The train appears and passes by speeding off. The
actor is no longer on the platform suggesting they boarded the
train.

NARRATOR
You are not where you are from,
you are where you are going.

(as the train drives off)
and I'd like to go there too.
