Lot 400 has been traversed by a team of surveyor and it being categorize as open area. As in a
planning team, you are being assigned to plan a housing scheme on area given. The total area
of Lot 400 is 272617.234m2. Specification for the plan as followed:
1. Houses
a. Terrace house (6.096m x 21.336m) (1 row 8 houses)
b. Semi-D house (12.192m x 24.384m)
c. Bungalow
2. TNB
3. Recreation Field / Surau
4. Water Reservoir
5. Shop/ Shop house
6. Access Road
a. Road Reserve (12.192m)
b. Back lane reserve (3.048m)
c. Fire Break (6.096m)

Requirement:
Task by group: 2 or 3 persons
Submit: Softcopy (in CD save as cad2004) and hardcopy in Scale (size A3 paper)

Submission date: 20 March 2015 (2 weeks) before 5pm.
