Phase 2 Teachers comments:

First of all, your blog seems more professional and attractive since the first tutorial
we had. However, it usually creates technical problems. It sometimes suddenly
closes itself or it doesnt allow me open some word documents, especially if the
document is not a MS Word document. Thats a big problem in fact as I need to
review your digital place periodically. Could you please come up with a solution to
this problem in phase 3?
Ive checked all the documents on your blog. Thanks you for the weekly action
plans and the reflections you uploaded. However, there are many missing
documents. I know that you completed most of these documents but where are
they? Here is a list of the missing documents on your blog.

Weekly Action Plan 7 (WAP 6 is not reviewed as well)

Research Notes & Summaries (Collation of every members sub-category

research area, title& notes from each source The aim is to identify the main
ideas in each source)

Critical Analysis of Information (4 or 5 main ideas for the presentation are

identified, then the reasons why they are relevant, supporting data with
references need to be noted down)

Tue and Mustafas reflection 1 & 2 (Mustafa uploaded stg under the
reflections title but they are not reflections)

Team Reflection 2 (The document uploaded Under Team reflection 2 is the

same as Aybkes reflection 2. Please write a new reflection as a team for
phase 2.)

PR1 Progress Tutorial Feedback

I remember seeing these documents while getting updates in the classroom. Im

afraid, you couldnt understand the use of a digital platform for PBL fully. The
digital blog is for the audience to keep track of your pbl work. So every single
document you filled in needs to be there. This also can ease your life as a team.
You can go back and check the final version of the work you completed on your
blog.
Thanks to Aybke and Anl Ozan for their reflections for both phases. Anl Ozan has
found IC website work the most surprising but Aybke thought writing a reflection
was the most surprising element in phase 1. Aybke pointed to the importance of
planning everything. I definitely agree with that. Planning and after a week
reviewing the plan to see how much of it was achieved is vital. Otherwise, many
things may pile up and become unmanageable after a point.
In your team reflection 1, you mentioned the video recording as a beneficial task
as it helped you to practice speaking. Its nice to hear this but where is your
recorded discussion? Id like to listen to it and give you individual feedback. I also
enjoyed hearing that after phase 2 you felt that your project was progressing. On
top of these, you underlined punctuality a couple of times but Im not so sure what
you mean with it. Maybe we could talk about it.
I have a feeling that your work as a team is going smooth. Well done Yellow

possible. Can it be by 30th March Monday night so that I could check it on Tuesday
morning?
