not use any evidence of where she got that statistic from or how reliable the source
wants to become more believable she needs to become more credible. She needs to state where
she found this evidence and why they are a credible source. Right now this statement. just makes
her look like she has not done any research about her topic. Since ‘Nemko has used better
evidence than Le by his credible sources, his article is superior. on? -
Second, Nemko's evidence is superior to Le’s because of ethos. Nemko states “Colleges

docs a poor job at setting up a high-quality ethos. Since Nemko has used better evidence through
ethos, his article is superior.
‘Third, Nemko's evidence is superior to Le’s because of his experiences. Nemko attended
college but was not successful. He (ai abo}t his experience with college and other people whobecame greatly successful without a college degree. Nemko states “the three most successful
‘entrepreneurs in the computer industry, Bill Gates, Michael Dell, and Apple cofounder Steve
Wozniak, all do not have a college degree” (15). Nemko is trying to convince college students,
that going to college is not the best option by listing not only his experience but experiences of
incredibly successful people. This makes Nemko seem more believable. W! listing
millionaires that never attend college it makes you think if it is really worth it. Le on the other
hand, she jus aks abouther experience. Le states “Realistically, having a college degree will
likely mean a comfortable living and the opportunity to move up at work and in life” (4). Leis
trying to convince students that a college degree means a better future, but this is only one

person's experience’If she would have discussed many different peoples experience with college se
and how it was successful then she would seem more convincing, This is just one person's ¢¢
opinion, if she would have done something like Nemko and listed many suecessful people that
attended college she would become more believable. Since Nemko has used better evidence
though his experiences, his article is superior.
Nemko’s article isnot the best it could be, but compared to Le’s article it seems flawless:
He uses creditable sources, ethos, and his own experiences better than Le can dream to do. Le’s
article has some potential if she would put a little more effort and research into it. It seems that
she completed it in a short amount of time. Nemko states some things that are extremely against
the norm and completely different than most people think but backs it up with great facts and
research to prove that he is correct. If Le would use some of those kinds of facts and research she
would become more believable, Nemko’s article is superior to Le’s article in every way.
