Properly executes move-in/out logistics (e.g., RCFs/ACFs, room checks, check-in
hours).
Properly executes annual administrative responsibilities including but not limited to

RA shows appropriate response to emergency situations (e.g. fire alarm evacuation,
weather emergencies, all hands on deck events).
