Salary Discussions 2015

LPEA has begun

discussions on salaries for the 2015-16 year. We are looking forward to


bringing your voice forward.

LPEA by the numbers:

We continue to grow!

We continue to add new members! Keep it up! We need you! We are


currently at 32% of the teaching staff!

Its time for change


LPEA held it first ALL CALL Membership meeting on March 18th.
Our turnout was terrific! During our meeting we celebrated the work
we have engaged in this year, socialized with members from other
buildings, and informed our membership of the importance of the
Board of Education elections during Fall, 2015. We were honored with
CEA Vice President, Amie Baca Ohlert speaking on behalf of the state
with updates on important issues. We plan to have another gathering
of membership in the Fall, 2015.

Beginning in April until May 1st, your evaluative


administrator will be conferring with your on your end-of-the-year evaluation.
LPEA will be sponsoring its last Evaluation Academy #3 on April 9 th.
This
meeting will have PPEA UniServ Director, Melissa Longuil, on hand to
individualize your training. Our focus will be to discuss how your evaluation
went and to assist in setting goals for next year. Please plan on attending even
if you have not had your summative evaluation.
This event will be held at
LPES from 4:15 to 5:30.
