    Financial Reporting
    All well managed entities have deadlines for the production and review of financial reports. This
    document communicates our financial reporting policy and specifies certain dates for information
    publication.
    Listed below are the companys minimum financial reporting requirements.
    Accounting Software Reports
    Any reports produced by the Company accounting software system shall be generated and reviewed in
    accordance with the software documentation.
    Labor Hours Report
    A labor hours report shall be produced prior to the production of paychecks. The labor hours report shall
    be reconciled with a system generated labor hours report to ensure the labor hours keyed for payroll
    match for both regular and overtime hours. Management shall also review the labor hours report.
