Instructions for the final year Projects:

1. Pay your semester fees before going for training/project.

2. Submit (Soft Copy) the project title and name of the company and client (if any) to your
internal examiner on or before 5 December 2012, along with the proposed work to be
done and the time frame.
3. You are required to submit a six page summary of project (Soft Copy) to your internal
examiner on or before 15 December 2012
4. You are required to submit 3 copies of the final project report.
5. Two confidential reports (Hard Copy) for the progress of the project to be sent to the
course in charge. First report must reach on or before 10 January 2013 and the second
report on or before 10 February 2013.
6. Examination dates will be decided soon. You should report a week before the
examination and get your work reviewed and submitted to the internal examination and
get your work reviewed and submitted to the internal examiner.
7. All contents of the reports must strictly be according to the project report template.
8. In case of any problem or if you are unable to search project, contact your course in
charge and BF.
9. Before the project presentation, submit the project report on the rewritable DVD to your
internal examiner. The chapters to be included in the report are mentioned in the enclosed
sheet.
10.Before the project presentation you are required to get no dues from the IIPS office.
11.The detailed template for the project report and the schedule (Date & time) is enclosed
with this document.
12.All the soft copy of project report should be submitted through email to the internal
examiner a week before the viva.
