. Abstract/Executive Summary.

II. Introduction. Frame the problem. What are you doing, why are you doing it, and
what has been done before?
III. Methods. How are you going to argue this? What resources do you have behind
you? This may be short, as your approach may be largely researching what others
have done, and bringing their work to bear on your proposal. However, if the data do
not exist to allow you to support your proposal, this is the place to suggest how you
might go about getting those data. This is how lots of science begins.
IV. Results. It is sometimes challenging to separate out results from interpretations,
so I am OK if you blend them, but deliberately.
V. Synthesis. You have assembled the data to support your argument. Bring it home.
