Describe this peer's greatest strengths / contributions to the project:


Stormys greatest contribution to this project was her willingness and passion to facilitate this lesson. While Stormy is in
her first semester in the theatre education program, her dedication to learning is strong. I also appreciated Stormys willingness
to take direction and critiques from the older students participating in this project, myself included. Whenever I offered her advice
or something she could change, she always took it with grace and did her best to improve her practice.

Describe how this peer could have made a stronger contribution to the project:
Since Stormy is new to this program it is completely understandable that she does not yet possess the skills needed to
independently write lesson plans and facilitate with ease. In fact, I am still working on those skills. However, in the future I would
like to see Stormy take a more active teaching role during our facilitations. She has already begun to show improvement in this
area, and I am sure will continue to do so as she takes theatre education classes and gains experience.
