To Whom It May Concern,

Tori Rolston has been a wonderful, professional intern at Hands Across the Water (HA TW). She
has energetically taken on all tasks asked of her. When a task is assigned, I am confident that I
will see the results promptly and as directed. She frequently seeks out additional responsibilities
and does not hesitate to ask staff if they need assistance. Tori works well with the HATW staff,
and has been a cohesive member of our team.
Tori has developed an understanding of the many different aspects of the foster care both from
the agency and family perspective during her time at HATW. I would say her strengths include
her organiztion skills, good decision making ability, and accountability. Throughout her entire
time at HATW, Tori has continued to develop these strengths and develop her understanding of
our client population.
Tori has been an asset to our organization and I
will be an asset to any agency she works with.
