Week 2 (100 minutes): prepare for listening section (part 1)
Understanding of spoken material and your ability to answer
questions about the conversations/lectures that you hear.
After each conversation/lecture, there is a set of questions
asking about the information that was presented.

The questions are multiple-choices type.


Week 3 (50 minutes): Quiz #1

Week 4 (100 minutes): vocabulary exercise
An improved vocabulary will help you on every section of the
test. Keep a personal vocabulary list in a notebook, on index
cards, or on a computer. When you come across an unfamiliar
word, look it up and record the word and its definition.

The questions are multiple-choices type.


Week 5 (50 minutes): Quiz#2

Week 8 (100 minutes): prepare for reading section
Test your ability to read and answers questions about passages
(readings). Each passage is followed by questions. Skills that are
tested in this section include the abilities to: scan for details,
vocabularies, recognize coherence and restatements and
sentence simplifications, distinguish between important ideas and
minor ones, and summarizing the passage.
The questions are multiple-choice questions.
