Project: SAP BO Reporting solution build in CMIPS supports the In-Home Supportive Services
(IHSS) program of California department of social services for gathering detail of over a million
cases and over 5 billion dollars of payrolls every year. On high-level it provides capability to
analyze data, helps to allocate budget and necessary changes in state law of California to help
disable, blind, home and bed ridden recipients were enrolled in the program.

Led and managed entire BO delivery of universes for adhoc analysis and canned Crystal and
WebI reports.
Had been training the end users / clients to use WebI capabilities for adoch analysis.

Project: BO reporting solution on EDW of Bank of Baroda which is second largest public sector
banks in India. The solution provided capability to analyze trends, profits, loses, find areas of
improvement, KPIs and various other BI contents across all line of businesses of the bank based
on terabytes of data. The solution was used by the branches, back offices and zone offices, The
Reserve bank of India, CTO and the chairman of the bank for making decision, policies, new
schemes and financial products.

Led the delivery of 600 reports for Reserve Bank of India, and the entire BO delivery to
provide the adhoc analysis capabilities using the WebI and development of Xcelsius
dashboards for the higher level management in the bank.
Created exclusive reports and dashboards for the chairman of the bank for his day-to-day
analysis.
Part of the EDW design team, helped putting together data from wide verity of systems,
formats and countries.

Project: Project was focused on delivering multiple BO dashboards and numerous WebI reports
to analyze trends, profits, loses, margin, shortage, customer satisfaction, KPIs and various other
BI contents for real estate, consumer product and agro businesses of Godrej group of companies
which is the largest conglomerates in India.
Led the building of SAP BO infrastructure and framework, designing & creation of interactive
Xcelsius dashboards for the CEOs, CTOs and other higher level management of the
companies. Solution provided the adhoc analysis capabilities using WebI reports and OLAP
Universes on top of SAP BW.
Created the best practices & standardization for the project to handle large amount of data.

Project: BO Operate team of JP Morgan Chase supported the production systems and fixed the
issues related to servers and created reports in BO XI 3.1 WebIs and Crystal reports.

Led BO production support team which did testing and data validation, creation of new WebI
reports, and releases to UAT & production. Team supported batch scheduling and fixed the
production issues of the reports & universes.

Project: BNP Paribass reporting system upgrade. The system was to be upgraded county wise
in sets to BO XIR2 version, all the DeskI report were to be converted to WebI reports and
automated report archiving solution was to be provided.

Led few sets of the massive migration of the BO solution from BO 6.x to XIR2. And led the
testing and performance tuning of the reports, universes and the SQL.
Recreated the most complex DeskI report in WebI when they failed to get converted through
report conversion tool.
Created java application using BO SDK for archiving the old reports in a shared location
accessible from BO Infoview.

Prime brokerage reporting (JP Morgan Chase)

Project: Prime brokerage reporting of a FX, credit & interest rate derivatives to the Morgan
Communications (MORCOM) application of JPMC gave reporting access to the clients of JPMC to
access their trade details, profit & lose, margin and other portfolio related data. The data was
present in real time for intraday activities. And in form of business day+1, weekly, monthly and
yearly.

Led development & deployment of BO reporting solution of the application which provided
canned & adhoc WebI analysis capabilities to the clients of JPMC from the strategic data store.
Designed algorithms to handle asynchronous batch feeds input to the application so that duff
batches can be archived and cleansed batches were on boarded in the DB.
On boarded FX, credit & interest rate derivatives lines of business on same platform using the
reusable design of the application, hence saved a lot of cost and human effort.
Joined the team as a fresher for the Interest rate derivate line of business project and ended
up as a technical lead of the project for all line of business.

EDUCATION: Bachelor of Technology in Computer Science & Engineering from the Uttar Pradesh
Technical University, Lucknow (India) in the year of 2005.
