Part 2:

Reflection Paper:

How did you feel as the interviewee?

I felt very excited because for me every interview is a challenge in my life. Particularly,
this interview simulation was special because it was mostly in how to apply professional
experience and knowledge. It allowed to me to feel comfortable and moreover the
interviewer gave me confidence. The interview was a kind of chatter in where I wanted to
share my position with respect to some behavioral and situational procedures at work.

What did you learn from this experience?

I have learned that every interview is a new experience. You can never predict how will
be the performance in the interview. But, you need to take a deep breath and talk with
your heart. You need relieve all the stress before starting the interview and enjoy the
sensation of having chatter with a professional. Another important point, you need to
release, the stereotype that interviews are a panic time in our lives.

How can this experience help you when you become the interviewer?

I believe that it is the best learning experience that I have had. Furthermore, the
feedback that I have received from the interviewer was very useful in my prospective as a
Human Resources Manager at the level of recruiter and expert in the selection process.
Now, I feel more reliable about my skills and my knowledge about Human Resources in
Canada. This will be the most helpful resource in my future as an interviewer.
