Lead a team of power plant professionals for safe operation of plant to meet day-to-day power and steam

requirement at as per Standard operating parameter and with the full compliance of safety and environment
Standard. Guide control desk operators and Field operators for day-today operation. Emergency handling and
risk management during exigency.
Cold and HOT startup Of Boiler and Turbine. Safe shut down of boiler, turbine and generator. To handle
emergency i.e. emergency in Boiler, Turbine, Generator.
Communication and co-ordination with related department Electrical, Mechanical, Instrumentation to isolation and
giving shutdown of equipments preparation and issue Safety work permits.
Monitor plant operations and handle emergencies including shut-down of units and load throw-off to control
generation as per requirement.
Monitor all Operational activities likes a running of Boilers and Turbines, auxiliaries like BFP, Cooling Water
System, PRDS, Deaerator etc. controlled through DCS.
Emergency Equipment Trial and restoration of process and Equipment
Attending all Mechanical breakdown/shutdown and troubleshooting during normal and emergency condition.
Analyze the breakdown and to implement the corrective actions based on Root Cause Analysis.
Familiar with SAP system. Preparation of SOP and implementation.
History and records of all mechanical equipments.
Maintain History card & Daily generation, MIS & RCA report.
