Paris High School & Junior High


April 14th, 2015

High School:
Seniors bring 3-5 pictures from newborn to now for the Senior slideshow by APRIL 17 th @ 3:00. Turn into
a class officer, Ms. Otto or Mrs. Watson.

Quiz bowl will meet in Ms. Otto's room during BOTH interventions on the following days:
Bring your lunch or get a carry-out from the cafeteria.
Wednesday, April 15
Thursday, April 16
Friday, April 17
Attn Juniors and Seniors - Prom t-shirt order forms and $ are due to Mrs. Forrest by
Friday, April 17. Shirts are $10 each.
SENIORS: If you have not signed up for how you want your name and parents name
in the paper please stop by the office.
Stu Co Elections are the week of April 20-23. If you are interested in running for Stu
Co office see Mr. Freitag for a petition. The petition is due April 20 th and there is a
meeting April 10th.
Junior class members must pay class dues or you will not be allowed to go to Prom!

AFA scholarship interviews will be after school on April 15.


JUNIORS need to sign up on Mrs. Billingtons window to work baseball concessions.
Senior FBLA Members- The 2015 FBLA scholarship is now available. Hard copies of the
application are located outside of Mrs. Moreland's door. If you prefer a digital copy see Mrs.
Moreland during intervention. Applications are due April 6th.
Paris R-II is taking applications for a maintenance position, up to 40 hours a week.
This is a summer only position. You must be 16 years or older, able to lift heavy
objects, run a weed eater and mower. Non-certified applications can be found on
our website: http://paris.k12.mo.us or picked up at 740 Cleveland St. Paris, MO.
Deadline for applicants is TODAY. Paris is an EOE.

Seniors - If you have not paid your $20 class dues, please see Ms. Otto to pay them
as soon as possible. If you are not sure whether or not you have paid, check with
Ms. Otto. You MUST be current on class dues in order to go on the class trip.

Junior High:
8TH Graders stop by the office to fill out promotion information.

ALL STUDENTS:
TODAY through April 24 we are going to switch lunch shifts and interventions.
10-12th graders will eat during the first lunch shift. 11:30-12:00.
7-9th graders will eat lunch during the second lunch shift. 12:00-12:30.
The interventions will also be switched.
There will be an assembly on Wednesday morning, April 15, for the last few minutes
of fourth hour. Students will be dismissed at 11:15. KRES Radio will be here for a
presentation to the quiz bowl team.

Teachers and Staf:


Anna Stahlschmidt, Michaela Harrison, Rachel Blades and Aaron Atchinson are at
Government Day today. Please do not count them absent.
