    alignmentofStateofMichigancurriculumbenchmarks,lessonobjectivesandlearning
    activitiesSheadjustedclasswork,homeworkandthefinalassessmentforherIEPstudents
    workingcloselywiththecoteacher.Taylorwasalsoverysuccessfulmanagingtheclassroom
    usingtheschoolwidebehavioralsymbols.Shealsoattendedtheprofessionaldevelopment
    series,
    CapturingKidsHearts.

    Overthecourseofthesemester,MsSidesdemonstratedstronggrowthinherunderstanding
    andapplicationofclassroommanagementskills.Sheworkedtomaintainaclassroom
    environmentwhichwasquietlyactiveandengaged.Sheisconsistentlypositive,gentleand
    caringtowardseverystudent.Sheisaveryfineteacherwhohasdemonstratedtheability
