Catania (ITY)
TENANT

IT IS HEREBY AGREED
That Miss Fumagalli rents the house in 7 Solevita via Catania ( ITY).
The house includes four rooms: two bathrooms, one kitchen and one bedroom;
1. At the kitchen there is a table, a little oven, a fridge and four chair;
In the bedroom there is a double bed, a television with SKY contract, a big wardrobe,
and a light fixture.
2. The lease will begin on 1st August 2015 and will end on 1st August 2016;
3. The rent will be 1.000 euro per month. The rent payment includes electric and water
power, gas and telephone bills;
4. The tenant must abide by the condominium rules, cannot introduce animals and the
house must be kept by the tenant in the same conditions in which it was found;
5. The tenant leaves a bond of 500 euro which will be returned or not, depending on
the state of the premises and equipment at the end of the lease.
