Property: Casa Chica Mazatlan is a house at 1504 Dr Carvajal. It is a one bedroom house with living
room, kitchen, bathroom and outdoor patio area. It is a fully furnished home with air conditioners in
the living room, bedroom and kitchen.

Terms and Conditions:

1. This agreement stipulates that the property is rented by the tenants from May 1 2024 through to
April 30 2025. A damage deposit of 16,000 pesos will be held by the owner until the renters vacate
the rental, to be returned upon completion of move out and inspection con rming no damage. Rent
will be 16,000 pesos per month and includes internet. Renters are responsible for water and
electricity. Rent is due on the rst day of every month.

2. The property is rented by the tenant as is, and includes a fully furnished casa with kitchen, living
room, bedroom and bathroom and outdoor patio. (furnishings include, tv, couch sectional, co ee
table, chairs, desk, dresser, closet, queen bed, full length mirror, washer, patio table and chairs, full
fridge, toaster oven, blender, co ee maker and dishes and utensils as well as linens.)
