Your car is able to stay at the parking garage at the airport. Bresso, Italy is also 7
hours ahead of our time.
1 Euro is equal to about $1.39 in American money.
If you need to use one the phones there in Italy you need to dial 800.786.163 and
follow the instructions from the automated system.
I have printed your confirmation numbers, and put them in your folder for your
suitcase, along with your passport, and boarding passes.
Your carry-on items must not be more than 16oz big.
To avoid any extra charges your bags must weigh 50 pounds (23 kg) or less
and not exceed 62 inches (157 cm) when you total length + width + height.

In Italy

Italians lunch is still the main meal of the day and it comprises several courses.
However, lunch during the working day is very quick and informal. A break for
lunch during a meeting might feature simple sandwiches or possibly a single dish in
a restaurant.
Lunch begins after 1.00 p.m. Dinner time is around 8.00 p.m. In southern regions,
especially during the summer, dinner time is delayed until 9 p.m. and even 10 p.m.
To alert the waiter, try to make eye contact. If necessary, you may raise your finger
or hands to call a waiter saying senta (literally, please, listen), il conto
(literally, the bill) etc.
According to Italian etiquette, the host always pays the bill. The person invited may
offer to pay the bill but, usually, the host will decline. The tip is included in the bill
but it can be appropriate to leave an additional tip, often about 5% of the total

I thought maybe you would like to go out and see Milan for
the day before you head back home. They have many
attractions that you can see, educational, main attractions, and
many different restaurants.
Many of the places are in walking distance, but you are
welcomed to use the free train rides to view different things
other than my interests I thought you would like.

You will begin with going to the Milan Cathedral (Duomo), which will cost about 25.07
for a taxi.
Located in the very heart of the city, the famed Duomo is one of the largest Gothic churches in Italy.
Weather permitting, visit the rooftop to gaze at an amazing view of Milan and its courtyards - a great photo opportunity.
To reach the rooftop, you can choose to take the lift or use the stairs.
Tips

Visiting the Cathedral is free, however a bag check is required by the security guards at the entrance.
The Duomo sometimes holds concerts, which are well worth attending - the organ is one of the worlds greatest.
Remember to dress appropriately - covered legs and shoulders - when entering the cathedral.

You will leave the Milan Cathedral and go to the La Scala Opera. The taxi trip there will
cost you about 10.18.
The Opera House facade is not that impressive, the luxury interiors are breathtaking.
Tips

To be sure you get a look at the interiors

The Ansaldo Workshops, where costumes and sets are produced for the performances, offer a unique behind-thescenes view of the Opera.

To set the opulent tone, walk through Galleria Vittorio Emanuele II, grand glass gallery shopping complex that
connects Duomo Square to La Scala.

You will then leave the Opera House and head your way to Speakeasy, Milan
Restaurant, which is in Brera District, costing you about 8.87.

To the left side of Teatro alla Scala Opera House, you'll find Giuseppe Verdi road, a street lined with antique shops and
stores selling professional products for fine arts. Follow this to the pretty neighborhood of Brera, with its narrow streets,
and cute shops.
Via Fiori Chiari, one of the most iconic streets here, is full of good restaurants.

Finally, you will be leaving Brera, and going to the Castello Sforzesco which it will cost
you about 9.38.
After your visit, exit from the rear entrance to find yourself in Sempione park, the biggest green area in Milan.

If you have time, continue walking until you reach the Arch of Peace, the triumphal arch and a sort of virtual gate to
Sempione Street.
Tips

Outdoor cultural events often occur in the large courtyard, just past the main entrance.
You can reach the castle by taking Via Dante, a pedestrian street close to Duomo Square and lined by trendy
shops and bars.
Each museum has its own admission, or you can purchase a 3-day pass which offers free admission to all Civic
Museums.
Free admission to all is available after 4:30pm.
Entrance to the castle is free, but the museums charge admission.

You will then leave the Castello Sforzesco, and head to the hotel and from there you can
get a room service and order what youd like. That taxi trip will cost about 20.84.
Lastly, I made dinner reservation for you at the Tir Na Nog (Original Irish pub) for 7:15 p.m. That way you had some time
to get ready for your last night in Italy, so enjoy it! Your trip to the restaurant will estimate to be 6.02 there and back.
