working at Shiv Engineering Works as Quality Inspection & Planning
engineer from 15th June to 15th February.
During this period, his services were found to be satisfactory in carrying out
the job duties, as quality inspection engineer, his responsibilities were to:

Plan directs activities concerned with development, application and

maintenance of quality standards for industrial processes, materials
and drawings.
Develop and initiates standards methods for inspection, testing and
evaluation.
Examine tool or part to judge quality of finish to detect visible flaws
like cracks & porosity in casting.
Measure dimensions, angles for conformance with drawings or tabular
specifications using measuring instruments.
Reject or accept entire production lot according to quality of sample
inspected.

With this he was also involved in planning department as a planning

engineer, where his responsibilities were to:

Plan prepares production schedules for manufacture of industrial or

commercial products.
Draw up master schedules to establish sequence lead time of each
operation to meet shipping dates according to sales forecasts or
customers orders.
May prepare purchase order to obtain materials, tools and equipment.
To study all the drawings and explain it to workers for precise
production.
