Proposal Structure:
1) Topic Introduction & ThesisWhat is the purpose of your work?
2) Background & Literature ReviewWhat has anyone else discovered in this area
of research that is pertinent to your current study?
3) MethodologyHow will you proceed? What evidence will you consider & how
will you consider it?
4) FeasibilityProjected Timeline. How long will this take? What needs to happen
before you can finish (i.e. do you need to travel for resources? Are other
resources & funding necessary?)
5) ContributionsThis equates to the so what? & who cares? section. Consider
the broader ramifications of what you hope to discoverwhat would/could it
bring to your specific sub-discipline? How does it significantly add to the
discourse that you outlined in your literature review?
