I am a recent graduate from Humber College and have acquired my skills and qualification from
various facilities, one being Villa Colombo. Since I have had eight months of practise at your
facility, it would be easier to adjust to the facility. I have demonstrated exceptional
communication skills with both the staff and the residents. The greatest strength I can offer to
your facility is providing quality care to patients, and the necessary leadership skills to inspire
other staff members to strive to provide above standard levels of service.
