millionsinbribestoseniorIECofficers.Israelilawenforcementarenotready,willing,
abletodulyinvestigatethecase.WhistleblowerMoranGenosarwasfiredbyIEC,and
suedintheTelAvivLaborCourt,hopingtofindprotection....Forgeddecisionrecord,
denialofpublicandpartyaccesstorecords,pretenderasChiefClerkwithnolawful
appointment,appearanceofunauthorizedcounselfromaprominentlawfirmforIEC...
Perversionofcourtrecordsandobstructionofjusticetypicalconductoforganizedwhite
collarcrimearetodaycommonplaceintheIsraelicourts.Evenwhencaught,theyhave
neverbeenaddressedasaseriouscriminaloffense.AsshowninthecaseofTaxAuthority
whistleblowerRafiRotemandJudgeVardaSamet(todayIECboardmember...),theTel
AvivLaborCourtisacriticaljunctionintheabuseofwhistleblowersandprotectionof
corruption.Thecasealsoagaindemonstratesthefundamentalfraudindesignand
