    Sophia Chavez Senior Portfolio. April 15, 2015 Dear Senior Portfolio Committee, One of my college visits | attended was at William Jessup University; My vocal class took a college visit there on March 20, 2015. We arrived at the campus at 11:30 am that Friday morning, when we arrived we had lunch in their cafeteria from 11:30-12:30 am. After we had an amazing meal, we got to listen to the University Choir and Orchestra from 12:35-1:20 pm. They performed a couple songs but one of my favorites was the " Battle of Jericho", a song we also performed at one of our concerts. While performing they were smiling, dancing and having a fening to their performance we good time. They were fantastic and such an inspiration. After took a tour of the campus from about 1:30-2:45 pm, we split up into groups while our tour guides showed us around campus. We got to check out the girl’s dorms, their library, gym, and offices. This was neat because my classmates and | got to see what life was like at a college. After our tour we went to the admissions presentation that lasted from 3:00-4:15. During this presentation we got to learn about scholarships and what William Jessup had to provide for us. This overall was an amazing opportunity for myself.and piers to visit a college and see what was. in store for us.
